The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you.
We use personal information to support the legitimate interests and successful operation of the Lymington Shores Owners’ Association, including but not limited to:
password protected access to the website; emailing of Newsletters; distributing group emails; announcements regarding AGMs and other events; collection of subscriptions; processing of proxy votes; processing payments against invoices; preparing and independently assessing annual accounts; monitoring attendance at business meetings and generally for contacting owners about matters relating to the LSOA and properties at Lymington Shores.

Your information is securely stored electronically, on password protected secure servers operated globally by IT providers.
Our Website Service is hosted by Weebly, Inc. (“Weebly”). Weebly provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide the Service to you. Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through Weebly’s servers. By consenting to our holding and processing of your personal information, you are consenting to Weebly’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in accordance with Weebly’s privacy policy available at https://www.weebly.com/privacy.
We will keep your personal information for as long as you remain a member of LSOA. We will then dispose of your information by secure electronic deletion. You may request to have your data deleted at any time by email to lsoacomms@gmail.com, although your membership of LSOA will then cease.
